Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not automatically refund part-months already used.
Credits are digital and delivered instantly. They are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refundable within 14 days of purchase if none have been spent — email us.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Because the service is digital and begins immediately with your consent, that right may not apply once you have started using it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
If the service is materially unavailable or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund the affected period.
Done-for-you deployments are governed by a separate written agreement.
